I have Terrible cramps and they started as soon as I starting working out. Could this be period cramps? I never felt them before. Period is expected tomorrow. 😭😭😭😭 it hurst so bad

I had really bad cramps all day June 3rd started bleeding June 4th by June 5th the bleeding had completely stopped and I was still having bad cramps I did a hpt on June 5th and it was positive.
