I'd look in to getting a bottle sterilizer

@ladyblauvelt.skysmomma I always sterilized her bottle in the microwave which seemed to do the trick, but we don't have a microwave at the moment, we just moved into our first home and it happened so quickly we really weren't prepared with all that we'd need.

You can also boil them as well... 🙂

You can also run them through the dishwasher after scrubbing them. They even have special soap you can use.

@emily526, I’ve noticed when I give my daughter too many bottles of milk it happens to her so I try to feed her more food before bed and limit 1-2 bottles a night also try not to let her drink the milk laying straight down use a pillow

@girlmom. I was told to give her the milk before bed because she doesn't drink formula anymore or anything but water throughout the day. The Dr said it's just for the extra nutrients. I don't think it has anything to do with the actual milk itself, she's been having it for awhile now and this was the first time she's been sick (aside from the other time I mentioned, but that was in the car, not after having any milk).

@melissaredfield87 She only gets the one bottle before bed and that's it for the day as far as milk is concerned. Other than that she only drinks water. My daughter is a really good eater, so we were told not to give her bottles throughout the day at all. She's not a big fan of the bottle anyway (other than her nighttime one which I think is just comforting to her) she drinks out of regular cup throughout the day with a straw.
