Just a mama looking for answers.. my 2 year old has been sick since Sunday. Fine during the day, playing and his normal self but has diarrhea. Every night between 1-3am he wakes up vomiting. No fever or other symptoms. We took him to the ER and they gave us zofran, sent us home and told us to wait it out. Any mommies ever experienced this?

@monavidaa My husband and I are big babies and cant sleep if it's hot so we do have a portable AC unit in our room 👍

I offer him fluids all day and leave water in a sippy for him in his bed. He has a follow up appointment on Tuesday and I'm afraid the doctor is just going to tell me it's the flu.

@cierra13 Its possible but hes been cutting those for a couple months, he wont let me look but when he cries or is laughing etc, I try to glance and I see for the most part they came through. Unfortunately , I'm thinking it's a stomach virus of some sort and I'll never know exactly what it was besides "the flu". I'm wondering if his stomach only gets nauseous at night because hes at rest.

Is he getting his molars? Some kids get really sick when they teeth and the molars are the worst.
