Ugh! I always have insomnia now. I think it’s nature’s way of saying,”Get used to it, you’ll never sleep like you used to!”. ?

I hadn't really struggled too much with insomnia until the last couple nights. It's currently 5 am and I've been wide awake and restless for about an hour. This suuuuucks. I'm so incredibly exhausted but my body just won't chill. ?

This has been my life for months... when will I ever get a good night's sleep ???

I've decided that my lack of sleep this entire pregnancy is just preparing me. I don't know what it's like to sleep through the night anymore. Seems fitting! So sorry, I hope you got enough in that you can function today.

I've been falling asleep ok-but then have been waking at 2-3 am every morning and staying awake till 5-6am ? just awful

About the time I dozed off, the cat woke up and decided it was time to meow at the top of his lungs to be let outside. ??‍♀️

I’m a zombie today

My husband has been banished from our bed for his own safety. He sleeps so easily and it takes me forever to get to sleep, hours sometimes. All I want to do is smother him with a pillow as he sleeps peacefully next to me

Lol mine offered to sleep on the couch but I won’t let him. I feel bad because he works every morning and is up at 6am, which is usually about the time I start to fall asleep anyway. But yeah, I sometimes want to slap him for sleeping so well lol

I normally can sleep OK but since putting our dog to sleep yesterday it was a rough night. Hopefully things will be better. I cannot work all day with no sleep.

Ok this has been me last 3 nights and i just cannot fall alseep! im still working 4 days a week waking up to get ready for work at 6.30am and i wake up like a zombie. The hardest i think is falling asleep i think last night i didnt fall asleep till 3-4 hours later getting into bed. My hubby is the same the moment his head touches that pillow he sleeps so well lol

@orion girl I feel for you! I had to put my 14yr old dog to sleep in August and it’s been so hard on me. I miss her so much. Just know it’ll get a little easier with each passing week. ?

@dezzy girl my fiancé, Cat and dog are napping again. They’ve all had like a day and a half of sleep to my 2 hours and I want to spray them all with cold water!!!! It’s just not fair lol.
