Fiancé pointed out something I found interesting...My worst mood swings happen on my days off work. I guess working with an elderly man w/dementia keeps me calm since he senses my energy and can react violently at the drop of a hat. At home I get frustrated and stressed because I can't lift/unpack as quickly as I normally could and I take it all out on him.

This morning my poor fiancé was watching tv in bed when I flew off the handle about him tracking mud into the kitchen. I took this pic and threatened to send it to his mom since she told me to let her know if he's not doing what I say. ?? The look on his face is priceless.
