Opk negative, FINALLY! Easy @home is going to make a killing off me at this rate! ?

?? I just looked at my opk again. It's still not completely dry and is positive just like yesterday's cd19. I intentionally took it a couple hours later today too. Lol whyyyyyyy?! ? I took a cheapie hpt last night to rule that out as an option in case my 3 day period was IB and it was def negative. My 5 month opk supply is actually only to last me 2 months lol.

Don't quote me but I *think* it's kind of normal for FP temps to be all over a bit. I think it's something to do with estrogen. It's in the LP that you don't want to have erratic temps because that would mean you're estrogen dominant.. again.. don't quote me lol!!

Thank you! I couldn't find anything about erratic FP temps specifically so that makes me feel better.

Just look at mine.. they're nuts! But my LP temps just keep creeping up. I know there are some more posts on this as well ?

Also depending on how you temp. I'm sure you know all that already but if it's orally it's more likely to be crazy. I'm switching to vaginally next cycle because I'm a mouth breather, toss and turn all through the night, have a 3yr old that wake me up sometimes. The stipulations to getting a good temp orally aren't in my favor lol! So my chart could be way off...

My FP temps are definitely not as stable as LP. Sounds like those easy @ home ones are super sensitive. Perhaps a different brand would be better.

I think I'm going to use the strips next cycle and once the line gets darker I'll test with digital until I get a peak.

This really just feels like deja vu.

Yeah my FP temps started out super consistent and have since gone haywire .. I'll post tmrw. I think ff has it right though for you no? I think once I O I'll take the b6 like Amber had said, that may help with rise if it's good for implantation (but I may just be talking out of my butt) ??‍♀️

Yeah I think my O is correct. My temps have been pretty stable in FP since I first started charting. After reading what amber said about B complex, I checked my prenatals and they contain 100% daily value of B6 and 50% B12 so I haven't added any additional. I might next cycle though.

It's so crazy that you would continue to get positives after O. I don't know what to think.
