I'm thinking so. I have my kindara chart marked O cd18. I've been comparing them. It's just really confusing because I never charted before my pregnancy and this is first cycle since MC last month.
I agree. My kindara chart is marked cd18. Temp is back up to 97.7 today but my lower abdomen feels twingy like af is coming. Then again it felt like this when I was preggo last month too. I'm guessing it's af this month. ☹️
Thank you. I've already told myself I'm not going to let myself get disappointed if I don't conceive this first cycle since MC. I'll be happy just to complete my first chart and try again cycle #2. ?✨?
Also monitor your pre O temps as well to see if they get too high from the vitex and cream. I remember reading some ladies bodies responded really well which then created progesterone dominance.
Yes ma'am. I am def temping throughout entire cycle. The only reason I didn't during bleeding this month is bc I was miscarrying and didn't know I was going to temp/chart until after bleeding stopped. I did read a lot abt progesterone and estrogen dominance and will keep an eye on my temps. Especially since I read that article you bumped up for me the other day. Thank you so much! ☺️?✨
