Yeah I’ve been super stuffed up since I got my bfp. A mucous plus also develops in your nasal passages along with your cervix.

I drink 77 oz of water everyday and it seems to help me feel better. Try it out. Knock on wood but my nausea isn’t as bad yet and I’m not feeling really dizzy or have headache. Plus I’m like the complete opposite of constipated.
