I go see the doctor Tuesday. I think I’m over it. Due Monday so I think I’m just giving up on a VBAC…

I feel this!! I’m due Tuesday, see my ob Monday and I’m just about over the vbac and almost completely leaning towards getting a c section.

@lilinnocence718, just feeling like it’s not gonna happen naturally I’m not dilated at all. He can’t even induce unless I dilate

Lol awww ladies I understand being over it I have a scheduled c section for next week but give it a shot I tried last year for vbac n I eventually got a csection but it may be a different experience for u ladies

@liz41395, I’ve only dilated half a centimeter as of this pass Monday. My ob won’t even induce me. If I doesn’t happen naturally by 41 weeks it’s a c section. Plus I got stalled at 5-6cm with my first after being induced at 41+2. I don’t think I’ll stay sane if I make it to 41 weeks and still end up with a c section

@babymema30, I want to, but you can only wait so long before u got to get them out. I’ll be 41 weeks when I have the csection I think that’s fair enough

@babymema30, that’s where I’m over it lol eventually getting the c section I rather not wait an extra week. I was induced with my first and ended with a c section anyway

@liz41395, agreed! And same to you! These babies are just about fully baked! I’m truly physically drained from it all too.

Don't give up on your VBAC! My water finally broke at 39+5!

@northwoodsmomma, I’ll be 39+5 in the morning. Gimme some of your luck lol. If I even dilate a little by Tuesday and can induce I’ll be happy!

@liz41395, my water broke and I was still at a 1 😒 I drank red raspberry leaf tea and WHOOSH! Could be totally coincidental though. Sending you all the labor vibes!

Just think that baby has to get out one way or another. I had a vbac with my daughter...and was so annoyed half way through labor, just felt that I was trying so hard and I wasn’t gonna be able to push her out, all that hard work and suffering for nothing. But I did it ladies!! Best feeling ever, so much better than a csection! At the end of the day, all that matters is that baby is healthy, whichever way it makes it into the world! Good Luck❤️

@mommajules, how many weeks when you delivered?

I’m gonna say...38 weeks? Honestly I don’t remember. It’s a looong story. I was actually scheduled for a csection after having planned for a vbac my whole pregnancy. The point is once I arrived for my csection, the Dr. on call was very supportive of a vbac. And I went for it, 4cm dilated and they induced.

I would love to have a vbac but they won’t let me due to twins. I’ve had 2 csections & 1 vbac and the vbac was sooo much easier.

Yesss I kno about being physically drained I’ve been pregnant for a yr and a half being over it is an understatement so I def understand but howeva u ladies deliver I hope it’s safe and speedy and all lil munchkins are healthy good luck ladies

I had a vbac at exactly 41 weeks. Yes every day that passed seemed like a year, but it was totally worth it in terms of healing and feeling like myself again. I too was induced, at 41+5 last time, and stalled do had a csection. When you induce, you have a higher likelihood of csection. Your body still knows what to do. I had a constant fear that I'd end up with a csection again, but when I went into labour on my own, everything progressed like it was supposed to. Try to be patient, it's so worth it!!
