They started 1-2 lbs a week is the best... And I would be like ugh that's gonna take forever!!! But when I actually started and wrote down goals and seen in writing that 1-2 lbs decrease per week it makes a big difference and didn't take as long as I thought. All you have to do is start... One step at a time you can do it.
I do intermittent fasting. No counting anything or any restrictions. Just eat during certain times.
Well,.there's two ways to go about it. You can lookup local weight watchers meetings, or purchase the app online. The online one is $20 a month... You have online support and all... It's really worked for me.
I’m doing a program called the 2b mindset, down over 5lbs in a month and most importantly lost a lot of inches so my clothes are super loose now which I love. I workout everyday too anywhere from 30-60mins. I’m doing the 80 day obsession program, my second time through. I’ll be showing my progress pics tomorrow after my second month in the workout program.
