I’m doing a program called the 2b mindset, down over 5lbs in a month and most importantly lost a lot of inches so my clothes are super loose now which I love. I workout everyday too anywhere from 30-60mins. I’m doing the 80 day obsession program, my second time through. I’ll be showing my progress pics tomorrow after my second month in the workout program. They started 1-2 lbs a week is the best... And I would be like ugh that's gonna take forever!!! But when I actually started and wrote down goals and seen in writing that 1-2 lbs decrease per week it makes a big difference and didn't take as long as I thought. All you have to do is start... One step at a time you can do it.
Well,.there's two ways to go about it. You can lookup local weight watchers meetings, or purchase the app online. The online one is $20 a month... You have online support and all... It's really worked for me.
