@crazysmc25, yes! And it will give pretty much instant relief. Use it after the peri bottle and after you pat it dry. I always sprayed it on my vag and my pad as well.. oh also when your using a pad make sure it’s soft my favorite for after birth are the stay well maxi pads there super soft to the touch.

@kyleigh.e.h, I second the dermaplast and also making sure not to get the red one. Which I have done and it burned like a B. 😊 I used the thick nighttime pads and lined them with witch hazel pads and continued to use the peri bottle every change/bathroom time. Healed pretty quick and didn’t have too much pain doing that

Wal-Mart sells a pain reliever spray called dermaplast the one in the blue lidded can. It’s the best. It will help so much with the pain down there. And don’t make the mistake of getting the one with the red cap that one will burn your junk off

Padcicles! Witch hazel, aloe Vera and freeze it. Then I put my epifoam and a bit of Vaseline on mine just to make sure it didn’t dry and stick then stick to your panties. I also put a depends on over mine because I felt more secure that way. Women’s active depends are sooooo wonderful after birth.
