Help baby mamas ! how do you get a 5 month old to sleep through the night with waking up for feeds ?

I think that's a bit unrealistic that early...they're still so small😍

@sofie321, hahahaha Yh true but for some reason at 3 months she slept a good portion of the night now she’s back to waking up every 3/4 hours is it a growth spurt or she’s just used to falling asleep on the breast when she wakes up

Yea same...it changes all the time for me still...some days he wakes up 3 or 4 times, sometimes once. Sometimes in the morning....🙈💩

When was she 5months? If she was sleeping long periods & has started waking recently it's possibly the dreaded 4month sleep regression lol. Try to stick with normal routine. Anything you start introducing during this time will be really tough to break. It can last a few weeks to a month so it's a tough one!

I’m going through the same thing 😩 last two nights my babe only woke up once but last month was just awful. He’d fight bedtime for hours, wake up through the night and some days would wake up at 5am ready to play 😓 we realised that he was teething so we started calpol and seemed to helped him a bit. Maybe you can try that? Is your baba dribbling a lot, touching her ears or chewing on everything? It’ll get better eventually xxxx
