90-second mug cakes! In the microwave. Do you make these?

My kids wanted something sweet one night this week and I didn't have anything on hand. So, we looked up a recipe and made a treat to share that was actually delicious. Took less than 2 minutes to bake. A great recipe to keep in your back pocket!

Here's what you need:

2 1/2 tablespoons of butter

1/4 cup sugar

2 tablespoons milk

5 1/2 tablespoons of flour

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt
