Wondering if any other expecting moms have had this:

This is baby #2, first baby I was induced at 35 weeks with severe pre-eclampsia. I am almost 28 weeks along now..

Two days ago I had some pretty strong chest pains accompanied with shortness of breath and slightly elevated blood pressure. I talked with my doctor and he just advised rest at this point and told me if a headache, dizziness, or light headedness, or nausea or vomiting occurs to go to the hospital. I haven’t had any of these. However the one thing I noticed is my heart rate when sitting/laying is 70-80bpm, but when I stand or start walking it jumps to 100-110....

Just confused as what to do besides rest as much as possible. Hard to do with an almost 3 year old around, but I’m trying!!
