I have a Mitsubishi Outlander so it’s a third row also... I have my 4 year old and a no back booster seat sitting in the third row and also my 3 year old and a booster seat with a back in the third row and my 7 month old in a infant car seat and in the second row

@thepowerof3, it’s illegal for a 3 year old to be in booster seat, they should still be in a five point harness. The 4 year should be too, it’s much much safer!

Op I have a britax frontier for my 5 year old and a britax marathon for my almost 2 year old. Look up seats that can fit 3 across you should be able to find a lot of options for your kids.

@modom16, lol no it’s not it’s by the weight and my son is over 50+ lbs I looked online and read the instructions and the doctor gave it the ok so thanks but they are safe

@thepowerof3, there are plenty of seats out there to keep both kids in a five point harness and be even SAFER. Children should be at least 4 years before moving to a booster and even then thats the minimum requirement. If you read anything online you’d see that too.

@modom16, yeah you can keep doing that but once again that’s your opinion vs me asking the dr and reading if it’s safe... and honestly you are just doing a lot of typing for no reason because you is not going to change my mind from what I been doing as mother that raised 3 kids I know what I’m doing

@modom16, and the same car seats my kids are in now was the same car seats that kept them in place as they got into a car wreck that mange to flip the truck they was in down the hill 6 times so lol my kids are safe

Another vote for Britax:) I have two Britax Boulevard clicktight seats for my 3 & 2 year old and I love them there safe comfy easy to install.

@thepowerof3, Glad nothing happened to them but that doesn’t mean another 3 year old not harnessed would face the same luck. It’s proven facts, not my opinion. Statistics don’t lie unfortunately, and there are a ton of safety organizations who can vouch for that. It’s dangerous plain and simple and shouldn’t be put out there for other moms to think they should do the same 👍

40 pounds AND 4 years old. Like I said, it’s the minimum and doesn’t make it the safest.

I have Honda CRV.

My little baby is in the middle and using the graco snugride 30 car seat.

My oldest is on the drive side and my middle daughter is on passenger side.

My oldest is in a booster with the back on with a seat belt. And my middle uses a harness still.

Their car seats fit perfectly back there.

My little baby had to get a little fan cause she wasn’t getting any AC 🙃
