@whitneyleexo, You’ll get a positive OPK before you ovulate, while you’re ovulating and just after you have because there’s still increased LH. The first OPK positive is when you should start though because you’ll have a higher chance of getting pregnant if you’ve got sperm inside ready before you ovulate because it takes time to reach the right area.

@blessed2018w9, don’t you ovulate 24 hours after your positive OPK?
