I'm sure you were scared of tampons at first, right? There's so many cups on amazon. I don't recommend the diva anymore. Another mom here liked the dutchess cup from amazon, pretty cheap too. Watch a few quick videos on their use, not scary I promise @one_tired_mama

@loving_the_mommy_life, You’ll still need to change them every few hours, but not as frequent as pads.

I hate tampons. Nasty. Pads are nasty too but you need to change often. I only use a menstrual cup and panty liner.

Tampons irritate the walls of your vagina and make it easier for bacteria to collect. Not good if you're prone to yeast infections or other infections.

I would say I change them about the same. Only cause I hate periods and I think it’s gross 😂

@loving_the_mommy_life, if I ever wear a pad I’m changing it so often cuz I just feel gross. You can definitely wear tampons for longer but not too long because there’s always a risk of toxic shock syndrome or infection.

Do tampons help from not having to change constantly?? Is it less buying tampons then pads like do tampons last longer?? @theinkedmommy. @one_tired_mama @girlmom.

It’s all personal preference. I hate pads. I’ve always used tampons

I’ve hated pads my entire life. Tampons or a diva cup would be my preference.
