How are your places of work when it comes to your kids? Basically what I’m asking is, my kids are gonna come first when it comes to me going back to work.. do most places work with you on that? Are they more lenient to moms and their kids? Or is it too bad so sad? I’m really needing to help with income and I am so terrified no one is gonna hire me. Daycare is so ridiculously overpriced.. so I’m thinking more of a night job during summer then switching to a day shift when Jackson starts school... but not sure what to think 🤔

Have you thought about working at a day care and bringing your little one along? Day cares usually give you a discount for your kids if you work there. I can’t imagine a day care not being understanding about your family needs 😊 Good luck!

There are government organizations set up to assist with daycare costs. A general Google search should help you find them. They usually only fund some daycares, but not all. Be warned that if you're in a more populated area, daycare and funding could have a long wait list. I would suggest finding the best fitting daycare before looking for a job, so that you know what kind of hours you're working around.

@j.andtaysmama, Awe that stinks! Just keep searching for big and small day cares. I’m sure you’ll find one that fits eventually!
