How do you go about telling family you don’t want discuss stuff About your relationship that’s really not their business. Like who manages our finances or why my money would go to keeping up our only car. Like I am constantly asked these questions and I’m just like trying to find the right answers thT won’t offend them since it’s really not their business.

You can say “those things we keep private, thanks.” Or ask them the same question back before you answer so they can see how weird it is.

@leahcook, yeah it’s like she ask these questions to make it seem like my husband a bad guy at first I got irritated but I realized we only have one car and if I want to move out we have to keep up that one car and he pays so much in other stuff what’s the harm in using my first checks to keep moving forward. But she doesn’t like my husband or me. Like right now it’s always awkward af here
