Super tight on money and want to make my boys bedroom cute. Any easy diys, free or cheap alternatives?! He has his pac an play and 4 gray baskets so far thats all. I cant afford a dresser for his clothes or shelf for his books yet..thanks for any tips or pics mamas

@mommytojames you could always look at goodwill for a cheap dresser, and spray paint it to make it look nice:)

Facebook marketplace is a good way to get dirt cheap furniture, and since it's real people if you tell them what's going on, you might get lucky and get something for free. We ended up getting my bedframe for free just because the lady selling it went to school with my stepdad, who she saw on my friends list! Also check out thriftstores if you have any, not like goodwill, or saver's, but little mom and pop style, 'specifically for babies' places. I got a brand new, expensive bassinet for $50 at one, and the three in my town have big bins of 99 cent onesies, bibs, cloth diaper accessories, etc. Scope out garage sales, join some mommy facebook groups, people are always getting rid of baby stuff!
