Yes. When that “spark” starts to get lost, we take our relationship back to basics. Bake some muffins together, cuddle and watch a movie, take a late night shower together, try something new in the bedroom, or drop the kids off with the sitter and go out and do something fun & crazy that makes us remember how young we are.
We remind each other what it is we love about each other. We point out all the positive things in life. Things like that

Are you and your so friends still? My SO is my best friend and that's what helps so much. We have so much in common and if we need to reconnect we do something we enjoy together and just talk. We both love to talk lol.

We go and do spontaneous things that we did when we first met. Like shag somewhere naughty, or recreate dates that we went on when we first met. If you have kids drop them at a sitter and set a romantic dinner and movie for when he gets home from work, give him a massage, shower together and just enjoy eachother for an evening. Best thing for us has been just remembering things we did that got the spark going in the first place and doing it again occasionally. ?

We are always flirting with each other and consistently show lots of affection. We love it and it keeps the joy and chemistry in our marriage. It's the little things like when we're passing each other in the hallway he'll wink at me or pat my butt...keep that fire burning ya know? We love being in that space because that's what keeps that communication going..it's fun and peaceful.
Keep the joy in your relationship?

We call it being bored with life or stuck in a rut. We will get in the truck and do something new or that we know we will both enjoy and havent done in the last 30 days. On a couple occasions we have both gotten in the truck and just spent the day together driving around being goofy.

Yeah it happens a lot when we’ve been extra busy or sick and haven’t had much time to do things away from our babes. We didn’t go on a date for almost a year ?
We’ve now started having bonfires on weekends my DH doesn’t work so we can just sit and chat and then shower together afterward. Now that my youngest is doing better with others I can finally get a babysitter so we can go out on dates. We share common interests like hiking so if we can do that, it takes us back to dating days and livens up our relationship

My SO and I do simple little things that make a massive difference. He will kiss me everyday when he comes home from work and say I look pretty today, we take a shower together nightly and ask each other how our days were. We communicate a lot and are like two peas in a pod. We always have something to talk about which makes all the difference ?❣️ just typing this makes me realise how much I love him and our relationship
