Advice please! Third pregnancy and this one has been so different. So, having some pretty bad lower back pain, having squeezing from my ribs to lower abdomen and pain down into my upper thighs. Went to the bathroom there was some mucus on my underwear and then more when I wiped that looked like a tiny amount of blood in it. Could this be labor? I’m freaking out because we’re 40 min from the hospital and would have to drop off my son with friends. Don’t want to wait it out too long and it be too late. Also, don’t want to go in for a false alarm. Doc stripped my membranes yesterday and I was 3cm and 75%. Any ideas?

Sounds like it could just be mucus. If pain increases or becomes more rhythmic it could be labor. It won't go away no matter what you do, stops you from your activities, labor. Sorry I can't help more. Call L&D if you need more reassurance, good luck!!

I’ve drinking water and sitting down. Gonna give it a while longer to see if it eases up.

I would go once I saw a speek of blood I was in actual labor and it happened the day after I got a membrane sweep also he came before day thou

I would say it’s labor only because I wiped mucus with a bloody tinge and I started having contractions an hour later, goodluck🤞🏼
