I just found out yesterday that I am 3 weeks pregnant. hcg levels were 265. Is that normal or low

When I found out with my first my numbers were much lower than that and I was 3 weeks too.

@amk212 thanks. The doctor told me that the numbers were low and I have to go get another hcg test thursday. If they havent doubled, he said then I had a miscarriage

3 wks like 7 days post ovulation. Or 3 wks ,5 wks past your 1st day of your last menstrual cycle

Some don't double every 2 days so they had me wait 3 full days.

What date did you last get your cycle (day 1 of your cycle)

Was it a cycle in may? To me the numbers sound good. Mine were so much lower than yours and I was also bleeding at the time but everything was fine.

If you can I would wait another day to test bloods as not everyone's HCG doubles.

In may it lasted the length of a normal period so I think so

@esheyenne, the only way to know if the pregnancy is starting off good is compare the blood you had yesterday at 265, and the blood you take tomorrow, the number needs to at least double. Just going by one number just confirms your pregnant.

@esheyenne, you hcg blood draw tomorrow should at least be 530.

At 3 weeks my hcg was 190 I remember like yesterday and now I have a 8 month old. The number itself doesn’t matter, what matters is that it’s doubling every 2-3 days
