I "heard" freeze it then pull it so the ink doesn't spray

If you got a magnet you can put it on the back part and pull the pin it will open. I used to install them on clothes when was working in the clothing store

I watched a video that you can get them off with a fork yes I’d try YouTube

Look on YouTube. There’s a way to remove them using a rubber band.
