Baby daddy asked to see our son I said okay sure so why is he staying in the living room my son is no where near the living Room my baby father has been in the living room for like almost 2 hours now laying on the couch not playing with him while me & my son is in the other room he doesn't want to be in the same room as me I dont want to either but if we were in the same room I wouldn't pay him no attention like I just dont understand & now he have a whole attitude because I told him to just go in the room with our son & im in the living room he has issues & im like 5 secs away from telling him to just leave

I would just say leave... If he's there having nothing to do with your son then he's not there for you son, he's there to control you and stop you from doing you because he feels like being a dick. You have no court order in place as far as I know so you have the right to say leave, it is your place anyway.

@deejd oh well, let him be childish, when you eventually decide to go to court with everything, keep things in a journal that he does, save texts and stuff too so you have evidence that he hasn't been a good father.
