All right dog lovers I have a question. A guy a few doors down from us isn't the best at watching his dog when it's in the front. It's a papallion(miss spell). Twice in a few weeks people have found it across 2 of our busy streets asking who the owner is. I'm pretty sure they guy is getting ready to move. Anyway What would y'all Do?
Pretty sure the lady across the street is ready to snatch the dog up cause she feels sorry for him. I thought of doing the same but I habe 2 inside dogs already.

Make a complaint w the police and animal control. Just say he's neglecting and endangering his dog

What are the leash laws there? Dogs usually aren’t allowed free reign. They must be on a leash or in a fence. You best option may just be to notify animal control and he can be fined.

I'd probably nicely mention people will steal a dog without its owner paying attention. I'd tell him ive seen it happen and id hate to see it happen to him.
If he continued to ignore me, what happens, happens. I warned you. I dont think I'd steal thr dog though. Lol

I don't know the leash rules. We have let our dogs out in the front and no leash, but we are right there next to them and don't allow them past our house. Mine aren't runners so. His is.

A neighbor has talked to him a few times and he doesn't care. Just found that out. There is constant traffic behind his house and to the right of his house.
