Anybody has depo birth control? Any sign effects? What about the pills?😅 What you recommend?

I had depo when I was younger and I gained a lot of weight

I gained 10 lbs, became a bitch, and my cousin got pregnant using it. Major pass.

It’s also caused infertility.

Don't do it! I was on it 3.5 years gained a lot of weight it fucked with my periods and getting pregnant took over a year.

Depo is the worst! I had horrible headaches daily, was a raging bitch, my periods became heavy, my arm still goes numb that i had my shot in.

Ive been on the pill for 4 years now and have no side effects.

Depo is the absolute best birth control ever. I’ve been on it for years with no weight gain and best almost no periods 😃

@mommyofavaka, I did use the patch and it didn’t work as it kept falling off and it made me sick but I don’t know if I’m even gonna do bc this time as it always causes problems for me

I don’t have the patch. I got the paraguard iud. Non hormonal and I don’t have any complaints this far. I can’t comment on periods since I don’t have them. Probably since I breastfeed.
