I'm not sure, but you can always start one 😊, might be a little lonely at first but @mom.life_usa frequently makes posts about new groups available so if yours is mentioned it might attract women in a similar situation into joining.
Not much help I know but its the only suggestion I can think of. ❤

@leroydoom I tried making one but it looks like you have to have a minimum number of people to add before you can create one.

@leroydoom I checked and they only have IVF, which looked more directed towards medical inseminations, not the use of a donor. But thanks anyways!
