I have my 16 week ultrasound on Thursday to get more detailed screening ( with my old ultrasound tech company) since the 13 week NT scan (new rude ultrasound tech company it’s in one of my previous posts) showed fluid behind my baby’s neck. I am getting really nervous so I’m trying to keep myself busy the next couple of days, I can’t sleep and last night I had a crazy dream! I need to relax and not fear but as you know easier said than done

Plexus Cyst? If so, both my girls had this pocket of fluid (cyst). It did go away like doctors said it could and often does. I have 2 healthy girls. Don't worry. It will be okay.

@wvmommy, thanks so much! The doc didn’t give a name for it but he said it was measuring 3.6/3.8 which was over the 3.0 limit, he was a very rude robotic doctor not caring or comforting at all and was forcing invasive testing on us, I did my own research and made an appt with the ultrasound company I had with my first and I’m doing the 16 week scan I’m just nervous about it but I def feel better after what you went through, thanks for sharing with me

You're welcome. Sounds like a
jerk. So sorry you have to deal with that. My doctor offered me to have the amniocentesis done. I told them absolutely not. I knew no matter what, I would love each of my children whether they had developmental issues or not. It did go away and it was such a relief. I know how scary it is. I'll pray everything goes well (I have no doubt it will be okay) and your mind will be at ease.

@wvmommy, yeah he totally was! I feel the exact same way you did/do, thank you so much for the prayers it def helps me and it’s encouraging to know that i know someone who can relate to my concerns
