Why is it that every time i am feeding my 1 month old my 2 year old comes over and stinks like shit and i cant get to her for awhile...ugh! Every time!

Any helpful advice for me to help ease the pain? I'm pregnant and still breastfeeding my 19 month old, but I cry every time because my nipples are hurting so badly, and my daughter wants to be on them 24/7.
