Not a dumb question at all,its the egg sack..it nourishes baby until the placenta takes over

I don't know, because I never had that in my pictures. I'd ask your doctor just to make sure everything is okay. Better safe than sorry. And Congratulations! 😊

@niki664, it’s just the egg sack lol. My doctor said everything looked good when I got ultrasound done.
