@sweetsap88 he just started taking an interest in his child its like He changed all of a sudden he would go weeks without asking for him or seeing him & he doesn't provide for him idk I just feel like its weird all of a sudden he shows interest I was thinking he was doing it to tell the judge he does ask to see him

@sweetsap88 I tried to set up a visitation schedule with him without even having to go to court but he doesn't want to work one out with me he rather go through the courts which I dont understand I always told him whenever he wants to see our son he can come over & he lives out of state I live in Jersey & he lives in PA when my son did go to to PA I was there with him the only reason why I dont want my son to go to PA without me is because his father has been in 2 car accidents when I get my license in August I wouldn't mind driving up there making sure he safe

@deejd well how do he expect you to be okay with someone you don't know? They tell his azz (sorry lol) you all need to have a set down before you could be comfortable with another women around your kid(s).

@sweetsap88 we haven't been to court for custody yet & its not a dumb question 💯 he actually wants unsupervised visits & I told him the judge wont accept because of what he does

@deejd in nj, weed is illegal, how does he get visits when he does drugs? I'm sorry if it's a dumb question, but I would have thought that would have been grounds for supervised visits only

@deejd then you press charges and will have grounds for a restraining order. A judge can only control so much.

If you're this concerned try to get less visitation or go behind his back and get to know her.

@deejd, I understand why you’re worried and angry. I’m just letting you know that the court will not address this issue. Whoever has physical custody at a certain time can leave their child with other people during that time without needing to consult the other parent. It’s crappy, but it’s not the court’s job to specify who can be around your children, unless of course there is evidence of significant danger.

@ek620 I dont leave my children with any babysitter I barely know either my mom or my older sister will watch him & my baby father knows them well & he thinks everybody is fit he only knew this girl for what a couple of days & want her around his children ? She can be the type to mistreat other kids but I wouldn't know that & he wouldn't. Either

Well get to know her. Both of you are grown woman. You both should be able to sit down and have a adult conversation without name calling love. You calm tell her what your rules are with your children. In a nice way..

When it’s his time he can leave the children with whomever he sees fit, just the same way that you could leave your children with a babysitter that he doesn’t know.

Sorry but thats no his choice and no judge will go for that. If he does you then tell him you dont even know this girl. You're just being protective of your kids.

Judge most likely won't go anything about it sadly. It's his time with them which means he can have whoever he wants around them.
