I know some women are 1cm for weeks before baby but that won’t be me, I am determined 😂😂 I will be walking all week. They said if I don’t go into labor by Monday they’ll do a membrane sweep 🤞🏽🤞🏽 let’s go baby girl I’m ready to meet you

Stand in a doorway hold on to the framing and do some squats!!! That's how my sister put herself into active labor with her third baby.

Take a walk in some sand. Have a beach nearby? It takes more muscles in your pubic area to walk with that resistance. I know it sounds crazy but it works. I went from a 1-3 in1 day walking the beach. It does wonders but it’s nice on the feet!

Lol same here. I’m 39 weeks and 1 cm dialated. I was happy af to hear about my lil 1 cm😂😂😩 My due date is Sunday so I’m praying something good happens soon. Try a birthing ball if you have one. I was bouncing on mine last night and had some contractions. I will know for sure tomorrow if they did anything. Wishing the best for you momma🤞🏾🙏🏾
