I really wish that they would tell you it was going to take 4 hours to do the 3 hour GTT. I had only planned on a sitter for 4 hours and now I have to be in the lab with nothing to do for that amount of time......grrrrrrr
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Ok. what do I do if I haven't felt baby move a few days ago for about 3-4 hours? I mean I didn't know what to do. My midwife never told me anything and I'm a ftm

Yep! Just had mine. Arrived at 9 and left at 1:15. Hospitals are busy places sometimes it takes a while to get you checked in/checked out.

@knockout, I got checked in in a matter of seconds. Lab tech told me it would take nearly an hour to get fasting results back before they would let me drink the solution😕. Then after I drink it, I’m here for another 3 hours and blood draws at each hour. I just wish I had been told to plan on spending 4 hours at the lab and unable to walk around/do anything.

With my last pregnancy I took my iPad and headphones and caught up on a tv show I was watching. I set the timer so I wouldn’t miss when they called me 😂. If it didn’t make me feel so miserable, it would have been quite the relaxation trip. If I need one this time around I might bring a pillow too.

I wish I would’ve remembered to locate my headphones or charge my tablet......sadly all I have is my phone and a tiny waiting room full of people, so no watching videos, movies for me......and I forgot our Netflix login🤦♀️
