Can someone help me, I got my nexplanon out March 26th, haven’t had a period yet. Was cramping really bad this morning went to the bathroom and this came out. I feel better now, no more blood. What do you think? Start of my period?

Cycles are messed up after coming off birth control but I agree with masseymomma it's period. This is a common occurrence for most.

@devd92, it is weird but it's considered a period for now technically. If you don't start full flow period today, call doctor tomorrow if your concerned.
