My baby girl (fur baby) gave birth to 8 babies total . But only 4 made it . 3 were under developed and the 4th one never took a breath. I named her Luna . She was so beautiful like her mommy . This was her first litter and her last.Her losses hit me and my hubby so hard. Cause we too lost babies ourselves and of course our big girl is our baby and we grieved for her.

I remember my moms dog (dashund) had one baby and it didn’t make it, then she got pregnant again and the baby made it healthy, then got pregnant once again and the baby didn’t make it and my mom couldn’t let her do it anymore. I literally cried. Poor mamas, even as dogs know when their baby(s) aren’t there. 😞

@selena_lalu, yes it was hard.. and I couldn’t do it to her again. She has 4 beautiful babies and she got to be a mom for the first time .
