@karensmommy, my other thought was maybe it’s a rash from touching the pokey part on a palm tree.

It’s definitely possible.. at any point. Just keep yourself clean after touching it and quarantine that baby as much as possible until you can get her to the dr. Any other symptoms?

Just be really careful and make sure you wash your hands after touching this. If it is hand foot mouth, you may start seeing bump and sores. It’s very contagious
