So you mean how soon after they are born or like how soon should you book it? I booked my photography few months before my due date because she was getting full but her photos were taken 10 days after she was born.

My son was 5 days old. My friend and i did my first sons at 2 weeks and it was a little harder because he was more alert where as with my second he was asleep the whole time except like 20 mins to eat and take a few pics before he ate and then back to sleep he went lol

Within the 1st two week's

Usually at around a week old is the norm.

I did mine at 6 days old. I’ll be doing the same again!

If you want the really cute newborn photos where they look like pretzels I would recommend doing it within the first month. I asked a few photographers to do a newborn session 5 weeks after my baby was born and most told me they won’t be considered newborn anymore as far as how the pictures would come out. Guess it just depends on the photographer.

We scheduled ours around 30 weeks.
