Sorry for the tmi😩 but I think I've got piles not certain but literally I'm that scared to go for a poo as it hurts to much I've never experience them before what is the best treatments for them?😩😢

Anosol is great I had them and used it. I started just applying to the outside then when started feeling better I put it inside. Try to keep hydrated and don’t strain.

@abbiehowe8, @ezchaz, @rachaellw, I drink loads and also I don't strain I'm not sure if they are piles as I don't think there is any lumps there just blood and it hurts it's been like this for about 2/3 weeks I just don't feel comfortable in going to the doctors to get checked tbh😩x

@olivia_monique, they can be inside chick, I suffer with them after birth and during this pregnancy. My bums bleeds after pooing and it does hurts, and they can be common during pregnancy. X
