This high blood pressure woke me up! Wtf 😐 my hands and feet are so swollen 😬

I heard garlic helps

@g_lynn, no.. they took me off of it when I was pregnant with my youngest son and never put me back on it! But it starting to stay high all the time now 😐

@mommy_x3 yes but it takes a while to work my mother has high blood pressure as well

@mommy_x3 oh man, are you going to try to get back on a pressure pill? I wish you the best because I know it's very bothersome

They sell garlic pills over the counter too

Chew fresh garlic or add a lot of it to your diet via foods. Or you could take the garlic supplements also coconut water helps too. I suggest it to most of my customers at the pharmacy. It works and has other great benefits too
