Just keep reminding yourself that every day she gets a little bit older. The newborn stage doesn't last that long. Soon she'll be more alert and aware of things and it will start to get easier. Hang in there Momma. I definitely know what it's like to be doing it alone.

Sleep when she does. Let all other chores and what not wait. I found it easier for myself in the first few months to sometimes just let her sleep on me. It wasn't always the most comfortable but a lot of the time she slept longer that way. It helped me get more rest.

Sleeping when she sleeps should be your priority, so you can get your rest. With my 2 boys I was basically on my own, especially with the first one. Baby & you are the priority. You’ve got this, newborn stage will be over before you know it.. try working on a sleep schedule asap & maybe squeeze in a few extra hours of 💤 💤 at night by a warm bottle & warm shower right before bed. Sometimes with that you get lucky & get a 4-6 hour sleep stretch, those extra hours are God sent 🙏🏼

Мама двоих (младенец)
The beginning is the hardest. The best thing I can think of is starting about 3weeks old start a routine for baby of days being super loud, bright noisy and nights being dark and quiet with familiar routines. have a lot of loud interactive time with baby during the day but at night keep them tightly wrapped, lights low. I bathe, lotion, swaddle and feed my daughter every night about 10pm with the white noise machine on and she falls straight out until 2 or 3. I wish I knew to do this with my 1st bc his days and nights were backward making him only sleep 2-3 hours at a time EVERRR until like 3.5 mos. it was very hard and stressful taking care of him by myself on no sleep but I promise it does get better and soooo worth it. Once they start smiling laughing playing and loving you.. it’s all worth it 1000x over. Hang in there mama !!
