I understand how fucking exhausting it is and to not even get a chance for yourself. And when that chance does come, you find yourself asleep instead.
Getting some sleep is way better for your mental health than not showering for just three days. It’s not like you said it’s been a month, and I’ve definitely gone longer than three days before when my son was a newborn

@jleona, even now with a one year old, it’s very seldom I get a chance to shower before I pass out on the couch.
