My poor little baby keep spitting the milk out...anybody know why please

Is it like vomit? Or leaking out? A little spit up?

If it’s a lot like vomit then he could be eating too much and his tummy isn’t big enough.. might need to feed him less formula at a time and more often..if it’s leaking the bottle nipple flow might be too fast and go down a level to fix it ..if it’s spit up it’s normal just burp him after he eats . Keep him elevated for 10-15 minutes after each bottle

What i so with mine i burp him in between 1 1/2 to 2 oz making sure he burps. At least twice and they are big . I feed him sitting upand leave him like that for like 30 min so his food digestes enough . I also got the okay from his doctors to use rice cearal in his bottles and i put very little but it has worked
