And funny how everybody who has something to say, has a private page....do all of you go up to people in public and try to tell them what to do with their kids? Doubt it.....so don't do it here. I didn't ask for your help! My sole purpose of being on this app was pregnancy complaints....and to help out where I can, when ppl ask. I don't take it upon myself to just ram my opinion down your throat because I don't like what I read or see....if that was the case I'd have a comment for almost every post. But I know how to mind my own business when there's no question being asked to me

I think others "opinions" may be helpful sometimes. Like educating on new studies and information. It gives all of us a chance to do our own research and decide what's best. Over the years a ton has changed from my 10yo to me 2yo. There'd have even been new things come out between my 2yo and 4mo. It takes a village and we are all here to help eachother. I wouldn't be mad if someone was looking out for me, my child, or my pregnancy. It's sometimes nice to see strangers care so much.

What’s the context? Sometimes it can be VERY helpful that someone gives you advice about something before you try it yourself. There are a lot of things that can be harmful in pregnancy or caring for a baby that a lot of women have zero clue about.

And even without knowing what’s going on, I doubt anyone got angry upon first explaining their point either. It’s only when someone gets pissy about being given advice that it gets heated. Advice isn’t a bad thing, even if it’s unsolicited. People care, that’s all.
