Any home remedies for acid reflux ??? I can’t sleep 🤦🏾‍♀️

I know it sounds crazy up a couple sips of apple cider vinegar always takes away my heartburn

Baking soda dissolved in water. Just take it like a shot. Will get you burping

@kaylabee. Yeah def no sauce and I love pasta so was hard I started eating 4cheese white pizza no sauce..or Alfredo sauce instead of spaghetti...breath slow also helped me ...I feel your pain I went thru it bad

@sherrynygirl, okay , I know anything red & saucy will cause me to have acid reflux so I try to cut down on that . But I can cut down on orange juice as well because I love it 😩 but anything to help this acid reflux

@kaylabee. I know had it horrible before my last pregnancy and some of my last....I would wake up and feel like I was choking.i stopped eating onions, orange juice,fruit punch ,ketchup and it helped tremendously and it's also stress related too :(

@kaylabee., yes. Milk usually over powers the stomach acid. Just don’t overdo it. And plus milkshakes are delish lol 😋

I can gargle salt @sherrynygirl, & @mamabear8515, if all else fails I’ll do apple cider because I’m nervous to taste it by itself lol

I put peanut butter in the milkshake, not sure if that’s what truly helped, but it went away after I downed it.

Try to sit up in bed. Don’t lay down while you feel it in your throat. I get it bad too and usually when I sit upright I burp a few times and it calms down. If you have ice cream or milk drink a lot. I had it bad the other day and made a milkshake and it helped ALOT!
