Time them out. I always had contractions towards the end from sex but drink some water, relax a little. Maybe take a bath. Always helped me 💖

Best way to get that baby out if u want it out

I was told that was very common, especially if he ejaculated inside of you. It’s a chemical reaction from the semen that triggers the contractions. Happened to me a couple of times, called the labor & delivery dept and they said, drink some water and take Tylenol and if it doesn’t go away in a few hours then to come in. But other than that, totally normal! Mine was very strong and painful, but went away 🙂
