My phone is basically new had it a few months, after getting my old one replaced now this one is messing up 🤦🏻♀️ there’s days where I don’t get any messages and then all of a sudden my phone is flooded with them and all I hear is ding ding ding lol idk what’s up with this phone! Or sometimes someone tells me they text me and I never even got it.. anyone else have this issue with iPhone??

@honeyxxbee, yeah sometimes my calls don’t work either or my phone will say “no service” up top! I’ve taken it to the at&t store and they said I’ll have to take it to the Apple store cause no one there at att knows much about iPhones that they just sale them 🤦🏻♀️

@honeyxxbee, oh wow!! Yeah that would suck, our nearest Apple store is only about 25 mins away I just don’t want to take all 3 kids in there alone 😂😂

I’ve worked as a sales rep....
Try some of these steps, if they don’t work go to your carrier.
-make sure you iPhone is updated
-always have you WiFi off unless you’re using WiFi, if you leave the area you’re connected to turn it off
-go to settings, then general, then reset, click on reset networks. Nothing else but networks.
-try restarting your phone
