At my doctors appointment does anyone else get nervous before their appointment?

Every single appointment yes

Me, no idea why.

Yes!! I’m fine until the day before an appointment after the appointment is over the worry goes away until the next one. Never ending cycle

To the point where my blood pressure gets high lol!

I'm nervous before every single one too! I'm always imagining the worst of the worst for some reason, driving myself crazy haha
