It's been nearly a month and I still haven't received my tax credit form... It's getting ridiculous…

If I remember rightly it can take awhile. If I was you I’d give them a call, they can look you up to see if they’ve received ya forms, processed them yet etc xx

@x-t-x They said to wait 14 days. After the first 14 I rang and they tried telling me my NI number was wrong so had to resend it. Now it's been like 12 days 😭 x

@ezchaz You can't anymore I tried but you can only get a claim form sent out x

It does take forever for the form to come & takes even longer for them to process it too but you do get it all back paid. Call again

@carlybeanw It says online they only back pay 30 days now 😡 And I just received an email saying they have sent it out x

@megan-leigh we got back paid almost £2000 last September! It was more then 30 days. We were told the same but as it took them so long to process it we got a full back payment x

@carlybeanw But as I didn't apply for a form till she was 4 weeks I don't think they will. But with me having a c section it took me a while to be able to get out to get her registered 😭 xx

@megan-leigh I didn't add my youngest to the claim until July so he was 3 months old - work didn't send me my p60 so I couldn't re do it until the final day!! They will back pay you no matter what & you should get a full back payment too because its a mistake on their part not yours. It will be on their records when the form was ordered x

I should add my claim was cancelled as I had to add my partner too so after reclaiming I had to do a whole new claim. & it was back paid from when they stopped the claim x

@carlybeanw But they tried blaming me saying my NI number was wrong. So dunno whether they will do anything x

@megan-leigh they tried loads of stuff with us but OH is great on the phone. We rang them all the time & just kept on at them to sort out our claim. Think they paid us to shut up 😂😂😂 but do keep on at them.
