That won't happen just breathe. It's not as bad as how your thinking it is

Trust that your body is fully capable and was made for this! I was feeling scared at first too but have been feeling more confident and prepared after reading positive birth stories and about the birthing process, natural birth vs hospital birth, stages of labor, etc. I’ve been recommending this book to everyone:

You got this Don't be scared it hurts but it's mostly just pressure personally the contractions hurt much worse also it's soooo worth it once you have that baby in your arms you won't even be thinking of the pain

When they say push, you get amped. You may say you can’t but you are finally at the finish line. If you watch one born every minute, it helps prepare you for many different scenarios

After 18 hours of labor even with two epidurals (weren't done correctly) staying at 10cm without pushing for 2 hours and pushing for three I was in so much pain that I couldn't push anymore Everytime a contraction was coming I would start having a panic attack and distress baby just start to calm down and another contraction would hit and it repeated for about half an hour. They almost preformed a C-section but your instincts kick in and you just do what you have to do had to have an episiotomy, and felt every bit of it but you do what you have to
